Information you give us. When you subscribe, we collect the email address you enter and, if you choose to fill it in, your first name. The email address is required in order to send you the newsletter; the first name is optional and is used only to address the emails. We also record which page the sign-up came from.
Information collected automatically. Our website records basic visit analytics: the page visited, a randomly generated visitor and session identifier, general device type (desktop, tablet or mobile), browser user agent, time zone, and the referring page. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Email engagement. Our email platform records standard delivery events — whether a message was delivered, bounced, was opened, or had a link clicked, and whether it was reported as spam. We use this to keep the list healthy and to stop mailing addresses that bounce or complain.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and the newsletter is not directed at children.
Only one way: you entered it yourself in a sign-up form on this site. We do not buy, rent, scrape, harvest or import third-party lists, and we never add an address that was not submitted by its owner.
Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is your consent, given when you submitted the form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
We keep your data with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:
These providers are based in the United States, so if you are outside the US your information is transferred to and stored there.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, and only so they can operate the newsletter for us — or where we are legally required to disclose it.
Every email we send carries a visible one-click unsubscribe link in the footer and a standard
List-Unsubscribe header, so your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too.
Unsubscribes take effect immediately and automatically. You do not need to log in, reply, or give a reason, and unsubscribing also removes you from any sequence still queued.
We keep your subscriber record for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimum needed to make sure we don't email you again by mistake. You can ask us to erase your record entirely at any time.
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the UK and EU, and under California law — you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of them, email hello@learnaiworkflows.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm you control the address in question before we act.
We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
This site sets a visitor identifier cookie and a browser-session identifier so repeat visits aren't double-counted in our analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Pages and forms are served over HTTPS, and our providers hold your data on their own secured infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send us sensitive personal information by email.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we'll say so in the newsletter.
